We want a first purchase to feel safe while keeping refunds fair for a locally delivered digital service.
14-day first-payment guarantee
You may request a full refund of your first VaryClip subscription payment within 14 calendar days of purchase if no more than one paid source-video package has been completed on the account. This guarantee is limited to one first purchase per person and is not available for repeated accounts, prior refunded purchases, or abusive use.
Accidental renewal
If a subscription renewed unintentionally, contact us within 48 hours of the renewal. We will normally approve a refund when no source-video package has been completed after that renewal.
Verified technical failure
If a paid use is consumed but VaryClip cannot produce a usable result because of a verified product failure, we will first restore the use. If restoration is not a reasonable solution, we may refund the affected payment or provide another appropriate remedy.
What is normally not refundable
Except where law requires otherwise, refunds are not provided for a change of mind after the fair-use limit, completed billing periods with post-renewal usage, third-party platform performance, unsupported or rights-infringing content, duplicate accounts, abuse, or failure to cancel before renewal.
Cancellation
You can cancel from VaryClip Account. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal; access remains available until the displayed period end. Deleting an account is separate and requires the subscription to be cancelled first.
How to request help or a refund
Email support@varyclip.com from the address used for purchase. Include the payment date, receipt or order identifier, and a short explanation. Never send full card details. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and issues approved refunds to the original payment method; it may also resolve a payment to prevent fraud or a chargeback.
Mandatory rights
This policy adds to, and does not replace, non-waivable consumer rights that apply where you live. If local law requires a different remedy, that law controls.
